RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
At Estrellita Baby, we want you and your little one to have the
best experience with our products. If something doesn't go as
expected, we're here to help! 💛

1. RETURN WINDOW
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or
exchange. To be eligible, items must be returned within this
timeframe.

2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✓ Unused, unwashed, and in the same condition you received it
✓ With all original tags and packaging
✓ Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
✓ In resellable condition
⚠️ For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items CANNOT be
returned or exchanged unless defective:
- Pacifiers and teethers
- Bottles and nipples
- Breast pumps and accessories
- Personal hygiene items (brushes, combs)
- Diapers and nursing pads
- Underwear and intimate apparel
- Opened skincare or baby care products

3. HOW TO START A RETURN
To initiate a return, please contact us with:
1. Your order number
2. Reason for return or exchange
3. Photos of the product (if defective or damaged)

Once approved, we'll send you return instructions and a shipping
label (when applicable).

4. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- Defective or wrong item shipped: we cover the return shipping
- Change of mind or wrong size: the customer covers return shipping
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of
defective products or shipping errors on our end.

5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the
approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within:
- Credit/Debit card: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Store credit: immediately after approval
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at
checkout.

6. EXCHANGES
Need a different size or color? No problem! Within 30 days of
delivery, we can exchange your item for another available option.
The customer is responsible for return and reshipment costs,
unless the exchange is due to our error.

7. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
Received something damaged or defective? We're so sorry — let's
fix it right away!
1. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos
2. We'll review and offer a replacement, store credit, or refund
3. Return shipping is always on us

8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your
order, please contact us within 7 days. We'll open a claim with
the carrier and either reship your order or issue a full refund
once confirmed.
For international orders, please allow extra time for customs
processing before reporting a package as missing.

9. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
In addition to the hygiene items listed above, the following are
also final sale:
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items (marked "final sale")
- Custom or personalized products
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

10. CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have
not yet been shipped. Once your order is dispatched, it will need
to follow our standard return process.
