1. PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment
confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be
processed on the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as
soon as your order ships.

2. DELIVERY TIME
Estimated delivery time is 10 to 15 business days after your
order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to:
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
- High-volume periods (holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
- Weather conditions or carrier delays
- Remote delivery locations
We do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible,
but we cannot guarantee exact delivery dates once the package is
with the carrier.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

- Package weight and dimensions
- Selected shipping method

4. ORDER TRACKING

5. SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We're not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses
provided by the customer.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us within
24 hours of placing your order so we can update it before shipment.
Once the order has been dispatched, we're unable to change the
delivery address.
